For Contracted Clients it is same day.

We cover Northeast and Central Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley.
What is your labor rate?
This depends on when you need us. BUT Contracted Clients receive a 10% discount.
Where are you located?
Our office is in Drums, PA which is centrally located by Interstate 80 and 81 for quick access to our territory.
What services do you offer?
We offer different levels of Comprehensive Maintenance, Flat Rate All Inclusive Programs,Equipment Change-outs, New Installations, and Design Services.
What kind of projects do you perform?
Everything from designing a system to changing out a rooftop unit to installing process cooling.
Do you service one brand of equipment only?
As a Commercial and Industrial Mechanical Service company we manage many different types and brands of equipment in our portfolio.Such as comfort equipment along with Processing cooling and heating.
What do you mean by “Flat Line Budgeting”?
Our Guarantee programs provide all services: Preventive Maintenance; Emergency Service; Parts; etc. for one fee that freezes your costs and provides total predictability.
